Beth specializes in retail project leasing, investment sales, development, and land sale services for developers and landowners, as well as site selection for end-users. “My goal is to understand my clients’ specific needs and overall objectives, both short-term and long-term. This informed approach provides better solutions which will give the greatest ROI.” Beth possesses extensive experience managing shopping center leasing for new developments and existing centers. She also provides tenant rep services for a growing number of clients. Beth brings personal experience, knowledge, and the most up-to-date technology through in-depth market research, in-house GIS, market analytics, and global data resources. Beth serves on the Executive Board of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) as the VP of Finance. RBN is an organization of 60+ brokerage offices across the Unites States and Canada. Beth also served as one of 12 U.S. Regional Market Leaders for the Colliers International Retail Team, and worked with a major REIT developer as a Regional Leasing Director. These roles provide extensive market knowledge along with valuable broker, tenant, and landlord relationships throughout the country. Beth has completed hundreds of transactions with national, regional and local tenants, including TJ Maxx, The Fresh Market, Earth Fare, Total Wine & More, Kids Empire, Ulta, Party City, Condado, AT&T, CVS, Panera, Starbucks, Ashley Furniture and many more. Prior to joining Bradley/RESOURCE and Colliers, Beth was the owner of her own commercial real estate company for five years. She provided project leasing and land sale services to developers and landowners including Paul Kite Co., among others. During this time, she worked with Sam’s Club, Lowe’s, CVS, and other national, regional, and local retailers.
