Other contributions include inventory absorption studies and an annual office market review. Beth King attended Louisiana State University at Shreveport. Her continuing education includes seminars and courses in real estate marketing, real estate investment properties, negotiations, and other current commercial real estate issues. She is a member of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS® . In 1993, King was admitted into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an Active Office Member and is currently one of only four people in the State of Louisiana to hold the Office designation.
