Over 50 years of commercial brokerage and hotel operations. I was a principal in Westbrooke Hospitality and was responsible for the operations and financial management of 54 hotels. In 1996 I opened the Dallas office of Hotel Partners which was acquired by CBRE and for 25 years was with CBRE. I have been involved in over 132 hotel transaction totaling nearly $950 million.
