Leases of over 100,000 sq ft for The Harlem Commonwealth, Atlantic Express Transportation, Mile Square Transportation, Arco Hastings-on Hudson, A-1 Compaction, CSX Rail, Extell and Simone Development. Besides such large transactions, I am consistently closing smaller transactions too. I know they are just as important to my customers and I put just as much attention to getting the job done.
