Berk Jones

Berk Jones Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in the acquisition and disposition of land and buildings in urban, suburban and rural areas of California. Berkshire Holdings was formed in July on 2020. Prior to that Berk was a member of the Newmark Knight Frank Retail team for the past 10 years, Mr. Jones has represented owners, tenants and buyers throughout Marin, Sonoma and Napa counties. He provides them with such necessary tools as demographic studies, ownership statistics, aerial photos, void and competition studies, traffic counts, and governmental and zoning information. Mr. Jones began his real estate career with The Stitzel Company, developing high-end retail projects in the Union Square area of San Francisco, Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Pasadena. He has worked with such as tenants Hermes, Gucci and Tiffany, among other Rodeo Drive mainstays.
