In his current position, Bennett serves as an Investment Associate as part of the Molloy Kaye Retail Group of Matthews REIS. His decision to align with MKRG was based on the team’s track record of success over the past twenty years, and the ability to launch his career through the mentorship and guidance of Sonny Molloy and Jared Kaye. As a part of MKRG, Bennett’s primary focus is working with retail owners and investors of single-tenant net lease, multi-tenant, and shopping centers in several key markets throughout the Southeast with a particular concentration on the northern suburbs of Atlanta.., as a native of Atlanta, growing up in Alpharetta, Bennett intends to utilize his familiarity of the various commercial nodes throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area to both advise and maximize opportunities for specific clientele. All of his efforts will be devoted to developing relationships with owners by using the track records of MKRG of Marcus & Millichap. He will also serve MKRG and its clients as an analyst on select assignments, as well as work directly with some of MKRG’s active buyer clientele. Bennett graduated from the University of Mississippi in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. During his time at Ole Miss, he was active in the Ole Miss Investment Banking club, which gave members the ability to meet Investment bankers over Zoom calls, help pursue careers in that industry, and have open learning discussions about the history of the banking industry. He continues to be actively involved with the North Atlanta Fellowship of Christian Athletes, which is transformed by the influences of Sports and Christianity. In his free time, Bennett is an avid golfer, who savors the opportunity to travel to renowned golf courses, when he is not playing his home course, Golf Club of Georgia. Bennett also enjoys cheering for his alma mater, The Ole Miss Rebels. He maintains a real estate license in the state of Georgia.
