Benjamin Yim is a real estate professional specializing in guiding manufacturing, logistics, automotive, and hospitality groups as they expand into Georgia, Alabama, etc. With a background in consulting at Deloitte, he has advised clients across manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Avison Young, his group acquired and sold dozens of investment properties across multiple states, gaining deep expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, and asset strategy. At Avison Young, Benjamin assists clients with site selection, development opportunities, acquisitions, agency leasing, and dispositions, ensuring seamless market entry and long-term success. He holds a degree from The George Washington University School of Business and leverages his financial and strategic background to provide tailored real estate solutions. Benjamin is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association, and the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC). He previously served on the boards of the U.S.-Korean American Chamber of Commerce and the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce.
