Since 2003, I have been a licensed Realtor, now Broker, community business owner, real estate investor, and proud citizen of Clarksville. I have been investing in real estate since 2005, starting with the purchase of a single family rental. I built a 40-million-dollar personal portfolio of commercial, multifamily, land, and single family properties in the TN, KY, and FL markets. I opened My Place Realty & Property Management to manage my personal investments and more than 600 scattered site properties in Clarksville TN. I am also a partner in Nex-Gen Management that is focused on large multifamily management. I have also successfully owned and operated a retail franchise for 5+ years and sold to a national brand, obtained my general contractors license (retired) and built single family homes.
