Benjamin Shapiro

Ben Shapiro joined the Sharko|Weisenbeck|Mendoza Group as an Agent Candidate in September 2022. Ben advises owners of Single-Tenant Net-Leased properties in the Chicagoland area. Ben is passionate about being a partner for his clients, helping them throughout their transactions. Ben was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio and graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Ben was inspired to pursue a career in investment sales brokerage by a dear friend and mentor and loves to hear why others joined the industry as well. Ben utilizes his skills in relationship building and negotiation to make transactions a smooth process for all involved. When he isn’t watching football, Ben loves to travel to the beach, spend time with friends, and play golf.
