Benjamin serves within our Miami office as an Advisor focusing on tenant and occupier representation for office users. His immediate focus is business development and market research. Benjamin partners with real estate veterans, assisting clients and servicing their needs. He developed an initial interest in real estate growing up watching and listening to his father, John Kuhn, a Miami-based CRE attorney. Born and raised in South Florida, Benjamin has witnessed the city’s immense economic development firsthand. He desires to be an influential and engaged participant as Miami’s population and commercial real estate footprint continue to grow.
