Benjamin Durham

Ben Durham graduated from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California in 1987. He worked for E & J Gallo Sales Company and Black and Decker from 1987 to 1995. As a Leasing and Sales specialist of San Francisco Industrial and Office buildings, Ben Durham commenced his Real Estate career in 1996 at Ritchie Commercial. In 1997, Ben joined HC&M Commercial Properties, Inc. where he established himself as an integral part of the organization and in 2009 became partner. Ben has been responsible for real estate transactions in excess of $100 million from which he accomplished as a top producer and leader in the San Francisco Brokerage Community. Through Ben’s enthusiasm, market knowledge, and ability to create opportunities, he continues to be one of the top Commercial Brokers in the Bay Area.
