Ben Weis

At LOCATION., Ben will be specializing in tenant and landlord representation in retail property transactions. Ben has built extraordinary relationships with clients that range from startups to local franchises and national retailers. Prior to joining LOCATION., Ben served as the Managing Director of Retail Brokerage at a St. Louis area firm where he represented approximately 500,000 square feet of retail properties throughout the St. Louis MSA for both local and institutional ownership. Ben is a University of Missouri-Columbia alumnus, where he earned his Master of Accountancy (MAcc). An STL native, Ben enjoys seeking out the newest restaurants and neighborhood entertainment venues in town and appreciates the natural attractions of St. Louis. When not at work, Ben can be found spending time with his wife Rachel and their two daughters Sophie and Emma.
