Ben Watson

Ben is primarily involved with the commercial agency team, dealing with both freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals throughout East Lancashire. Ben joined Pettys in September 2015 after gaining experience in real estate through his time at a national online estate agency. Ben graduated from Edge Hill University in 2014 with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Business and Management. Through his time with Pettys Ben has gained a detailed understanding of prospective clients’ needs within a varied market and is able to provide relevant advice. His role has encouraged Ben to pursue a Masters Degree in Building Surveying with the College of Estate Management and upon completion of this degree, Ben aims to become RICS qualified. He is now working with clients on various instructions from town centre retail opportunities to more complex development schemes, and thoroughly enjoys his role within the commercial agency team.
