Ben Walker

Ben W. Walker, III, CCIM, is Co-Owner and Sponsoring Broker of Walker-Alley & Associates, LLC, which he founded in 2003 with Raymond S. Alley, SIOR. Walker provides strategic oversight to the company’s team of professionals to develop comprehensive solutions to both investor and occupier clients. He has extensive brokerage experience in all sectors of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, land, investment, and development. He is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Walker began his real estate career in 1977. He gained his foundation in commercial real estate working for the C. W. Lane Company, a regional investment firm. In 1990 he founded Walker Realty Management, Inc. Walker has been actively involved in business and community organizations. He holds the CCIM designation from the National Association of REALTORS, which is awarded upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a high level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Walker served as the 2019 Louisiana CCIM Chapter President. He received the REALTOR of the Year Award in 2020 from the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS. Walker is an active member and past board member of The Committee of 100 Shreveport-Bossier. He was past president and board member of Shreveport Downtown Development Authority, Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS and Shreveport Building Owners & Managers Association.
