Ben Wagner

Ben works with David Lane in the Great Lakes office where he focuses on research, site selection, and property valuation. Prior to Burr & Temkin, Ben was a manager in the real estate department for Schneider National, Inc. where he specialized in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of transportation properties. Ben managed the company’s final mile and port logistics real estate network throughout the United States. His proven track record of negotiation, strategic planning, and successful execution of projects allowed Schneider to reduce real estate costs and expand revenue growth in new markets. Ben is a Graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a degree in Finance & Marketing. During his time at UW-Milwaukee he worked for Colliers International as a research analyst. Fly fishing, surfing, cycling and golfing are amongst his favorite hobbies. Ben was a runner up in the WI state golf tournament his senior year of high school.
