Ben Trautmann

Added to the company roster in 2006 as an investment property specialist after graduating from Saint Louis University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship / Psychology. He is a member, and has served on the board, for the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors (SOAR). He also volunteers his time for the legislative committee and the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC). Winner of the Elite Club Diamond award for excellence in sales. He is responsible for the formation of the commercial property management division. He is also active in re-development where he focuses on adaptive reuse of existing structures. It is his goal to be educated in the latest trends in commercial real estate, to provide quick and accurate information and dedicate himself to providing the best service to all of his clients.
