Ben Tolson

Ben, one of AQUILA’s youngest brokers to be named Principal, is dedicated to his clients and works tirelessly to ensure that his properties not only remain full, but that they maintain a portfolio of the right tenants to ensure maximum value and to mitigate risk. Ben specializes in office leasing with experience spanning from short-term repositioning efforts to long term value creation assignments. As a Principal, Ben’s responsibilities include directing marketing and leasing efforts for existing clients, as well as working with current and new clients to expand their Austin asset base. Ben’s approach to office leasing is informed by his experience working in property sales and land development. Prior to joining AQUILA, Ben worked in-house with Moore & Associates, concentrating on the project leasing of the firm’s Austin office portfolio.
