Ben Starr

Ben joined Atlantic in 2001 from Fameco (now CBRE) in the Philadelphia market. Since that time he has worked on behalf of countless retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples, Talbots, Pier 1 and Five Below with their New England site selection programs. Additionally, Ben works with a mix of REITS and private investors marketing their shopping centers. These owners include Kimco, Acadia, Black Creek and the Davis Companies among others. Among the many, notable transactions in recent years include Wegman’s in Burlington, Massachusetts, Kohl’s in Bedford, New Hampshire, LA Fitness in Natick, Massachusetts and Trader Joe’s in Nashua, New Hampshire. Ben and his wife Deborah live in downtown Boston with their two grade school aged children where they are active in the community. Ben has run eleven marathons, most recently Boston 2017 on behalf of Heading Home, a non-profit focused on housing for the disadvantaged.
