Ben Schiesl

Ben Schiesl is Vice President of JLL San Diego’s Healthcare Practice Group, a brokerage team that has been specializing exclusively in healthcare real estate leasing and sales since 1991. His experience includes leasing, owner-user sales, investment sales, portfolio optimization, and build to suit transaction management. Through creative preparation and attention to detail, Ben guides his clients to create accessible, efficient, and innovative space. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Mr.Schiesl was the Assistant Vice President of Broad Street Realty, based in Washington D.C. There, Ben represented a wide range of users from public/private universities, financial institutions, law firms, healthcare organizations, and tech companies.
