CAREER HIGHLIGHTS With over nine years of experience in asset management and landlord & tenant representation, Ben has counseled clients from the Greater Bay Area to the Central Valley and overseas. He has leased or sold in excess of 1.6 million square feet and closed over 300 transactions valued at more than $105 million. Ben has represented the following clients: Oakley (Brazil), Donahue Schriber, Regency Centers, Dollinger Properties, Dunhill Partners, Pro Equity Asset Management, LNR Partners, Atlas Properties and Sierra Pacific Properties.
