Ben Ravelson

Ben joined Atlantic Retail in July of 2012 in the Needham office. In early 2017, Ben was named as the Director of Atlantic’s Urban team, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation in Boston and its surrounding core urban markets. Ben is currently responsible for the retail leasing of several dynamic mixed-use projects. Among them are: Tremont Crossing (1.7M SF mixed use development in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood), Church Park (480K SF mixed use property in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood) and the Crimson Galeria Redevelopment in Harvard Square, Cambridge. In addition to his leasing work, Ben is handling the urban expansion on behalf of Cava Grill and Starbucks. Ben’s spare time is typically focused around his passion for food (both cooking and consuming it), as well as staying active (to offset the aforementioned love for food). You will often find him hosting friends and family at his home in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood, or on Cape Cod. Born and raised in Boston, Ben is a passionate Red Sox and Patriots fan. He graduated from Syracuse University in 2012 with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate and has been with Atlantic Retail ever since.
