Advising a diverse client base, Ben has overseen the development of the industrial team to a point where it regularly transacts more space per annum than any other firm in the region. PPH agency team have been awarded the EGi agents of the year in Yorkshire for the past 7 years. Ben acts for owners and occupiers throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region, specialising in development opportunities, refurbishment schemes and general agency advice.
