Ben McCutchin is an experienced sales associate at Younger Partners dealing primarily in the acquisition and disposition of properties. He has been involved in real estate since 1967. Ben and his brothers developed Pepper Square Shopping Center and Pepper Square Apartments in the 1970’s and was active in their management until they were sold in the 1990’s. He was involved in the buying and selling of properties around the Grapevine/Coppell area when the DFW Airport was being built. He headed a group of investors in several tracts of land in the State Highway 183/ Valley View Lane area on the south side of DFW Airport. Ben has also been involved in the large tract farm real estate industry. He has personally bought, developed, and operated two large horse ranches which were then either sold to other breeders or subdivided into residential lots. Ben has acted as Trustee for over one hundred properties for investor groups. He created and served on the board of a municipal levee district in Irving, Texas across from D.F.W. Airport as that area was being developed. He has also been on the Board of Directors of several local companies and banks. He has been active in the Dallas and Fort Worth community throughout his lifetime and is well known to many business, real estate and oil people in the area.
