ABOUT

Ben Litke is a Tenant Representation Specialist for Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham office. Mr. Litke joined Cushman & Wakefield from Synergy Commercial Advisors in 2014, when Synergy was acquired by then Cassidy Turley. He has already completed over 100 transactions for his clients and participated on a team that has closed more than $60 million in transaction volume over the past three years alone. Mr. Litke brings a detailed approach to his practice and specializes in tenant representation and project marketing services. He has experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from high-growth venture backed technology and life-science companies to industrial-focused manufacturing and logistics firms. Pairing strategic thinking with strong technological skills allows him to regularly exceed clients’ expectations and consistently deliver creative solutions for his clients. Mr. Litke strives to cultivate long-term relationships with his clients by providing a thoughtful and committed approach. He has spent the majority of his life in North Carolina and currently resides in Raleigh. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
