In addition, he has handled the retail leasing responsibilities for assets owned by TIAA, Related, Invesco, Vornado Realty Trust, Prudential, Royal Bank of Scotland, OSTRS, Essex Property Trust, Blackstone, Hudson Pacific Properties, Trumark Urban, Kilroy Realty, Brookfield and 7x7 Development. Notable listings include The Paramount for Related, 225 Bush St. for Kylli, The Beacon for Invesco, and 114 Sansome St. for Deka. Ben and his team currently handle the leasing requirements for over 280,000 square feet of space in San Francisco. Ben’s retailer clientele includes industry leading brands in categories ranging from apparel to food and beverage. He is currently responsible for the San Francisco market leasing requirements of best in class retailers - Equinox Fitness Clubs, Soul Cycle, Williams Sonoma Brands, Shake Shack and Mendocino Farms. He utilizes his expertise in market analysis, site selection and negotiations to produce successful locations for his clients regionally, nationally and internationally.
