Ben Kneadler, CCIM

Ben is a commercial real estate agent focusing on building successful client relationships whether representing buyer and sellers, tenants or landlords. Ben began his brokerage career in 2002 after spending four years as a public school teacher and coach. Ben soon transitioned into construction and general contracting building single- and multi-family residences. He has spent the last sixteen years as a commercial real estate broker in the Treasure Valley. Ben uses his construction and development background to help clients navigate some of the complexities that can arise during a transaction. He is focused on finding solutions that are beneficial to all involved and prides himself on doing what is right by his client and doing it well. Ben has a wide portfolio of experience and is always looking for the next opportunity to build expertise. Some of Ben’s exclusive representation assignments include: Panera Bread, Red Robin, Lucky Perk Coffee, Commercial Tire, Interface Properties, Eisenberg Company, Woodbury Corporation, Idaho Power, Ferguson Supply, and others. Ben is active in the community volunteering at his church and coaching a number of youth sports teams. He also spent several summers directing a summer camp for more than 200, 4th – 6th grade boys and looks forward to other opportunities to serve and mentor youth.
