ABOUT
Ben Herman joined Advocate Advisors in 2016 bringing fourteen years of experience with commercial real estate market and lease analysis, strategic planning of real estate assets (both leased and owned), and negotiation on behalf of clients. Prior to joining Advocate, Ben was an Associate Director with Mohr Partners and Newmark Knight Frank. He has worked with numerous national and international companies to assist them in development of a comprehensive real estate strategy. Past clients include Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Wolverine World Wide, Rexair, Kautex, Garan Lucow Miller P.C., Hylant and Autoneum. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oakland University.
