Ben Goldstein serves as a Managing Director, primarily focused on tenant representation on both a local and national level. Working directly with market leader, James Ritman, their team is vastly experienced in multimarket transactions. He also advises landlords throughout New York and Connecticut, currently representing 1.25M square feet. Goldstein has twice been awarded one of Newmark’s National Rising Stars (2023 and 2021). Since 2020, he has completed nearly 200 transactions spanning 3M square feet. These transactions have accounted for $750M in aggregate value primarily within Greenwich/Stamford, CT and New York City, in addition to various other markets throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
