I have been working in Commercial Real Estate for the past several years specializing in Land, Farm, Ranch and Warehouse properties. Over time I've gained experience in many aspects of commercial real estate. My specialty is in identifying unique and growing market opportunities for investors. I'm a long-time resident of Sonoma County and an entrepreneur. My goal is always to provide excellent customer service to my clients. Experience and expertise have shaped me into being a fair and formidable advocate and negotiator on behalf of my clients. Having spent over 30 years developing sales skills within the consumer electronics industry, managing international markets, and in commercial real estate practice, I'm well prepared to operate my own brokerage, Ben Goldman Real Estate Brokerage, Inc. We provide Residential Mortgage - Refinancing - Reverse, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) - Jumbo products. I have a BA in Social Sciences, Pre-Law focus, at San Diego State University. I'm proficient in Spanish and have a strong understanding of cultural and ethical business practices and relationships in Latin America and Asia territories, where I spent years as an International Sales Manager.
