Ben Filkouski, CCIM

Ben focuses on investment sales & leasing in the Dane County/Madison, WI area. His background comes from working for a multi-family development company straight after his undergraduate studies were complete at UW-Madison. Since joining Madison Commercial Real Estate in 2019 Ben has become a Partner, obtained his CCIM designation, and has won numerous awards for his accomplished work in brokerage. Some of the awards he has won through Commercial Brokers Group, Inc. are land deal of the year (2021), overall deal of the year (2021), industrial deal of the year (2022).
