Ben Elderkin

Ben Elderkin has broad experience with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Before joining TWYN Real Estate, he was with Avison Young where he was a Vice President, and Tactix Real Estate Advisors, a boutique tenant rep firm headquartered in Radnor, PA. Ben has worked with a variety of clients that include: The Archdiocese of Philadelphia (Over 1 million SF of transactions) Cardiology Consultants Thomas Jefferson University Woodcock Washburn Schnader Harrison The Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia BET Investments Shaffer Builders US Facilities Prior to Tactix, Ben worked as an Assistant Director with Studley in Philadelphia. Elderkin has a B.A. from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated on Urban Planning. His research at Penn included mixed-use and adaptive re-use projects in Philadelphia, and the efficacy of tax increment financing in urban development.
