Ben Caputo
Ben Caputo was born and raised in San Jose. Upon graduating from Archbishop Mitty High School, he attended Oregon State University where he received a degree in Economics. While at Oregon State, he was also a member of the University’s football team. Ben brings over 20 years of commercial real estate expertise. Ben began his career working with Prologis, a publicly traded, multi-billion dollar Real Estate Investment Trust, where he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of a Two Million Square Foot portfolio in Fremont and Hayward. As an agent with Colliers International in Sacramento for seven years, he successfully completed over 130 transactions, worth over $45 million in consideration and leased/sold over 1,700,000 square feet of space. Since joining CBRE in January of 2011, Ben has completed over 400 transactions totaling over 4 million Square Feet. Ben currently resides in Willow Glen with his wife Emily & his children Jake, Mia and Vincent. He enjoys coaching, golfing, playing basketball, and working out.
