Beau Durbin

Beau is the co-owner and principal broker of ESQ. Realty Group. As both a broker and licensed real estate attorney, Beau brings a very specialized skill set to the local real estate market which allows him to be a market leader in the realm of luxury real estate, lake homes, investment properties and commercial real estate. He is consistently ranked as one of the top selling brokers in Central Arkansas. In 2021, he earned the Triple Diamond Award for achieving a sales volume in excess of $21 Million. In 2022, Beau set the all-time record for the highest priced residential sale in Hot Springs. Beau was raised in Hot Springs and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and the University of Arkansas Bowen School of Law. He received his real estate license in 2003 and his law degree in 2006. Beau is also an avid real estate investor with an extensive portfolio of short term rentals and other investment properties. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sharay, and their two young sons, Henry and Miller. Beau has a deep-rooted love for golf, traveling, hunting, camping and water sports, along with all the other activities Hot Springs has to offer. Beau's in depth understanding of the local real estate market, coupled with the knowledge he's gained through hundreds of real estate transactions over the past 19 years, provides his clients with a superior edge in today's fast paced market.
