Beau Acuff

Beau Acuff is a Senior Vice President on the Atlanta industrial team. Beau focuses on sourcing and executing industrial and industrial outdoor storage lease, purchase, sale, and development opportunities. Beau’s recent experience includes servicing assignments on behalf of Stream’s institutional clients, including DRA, Prologis, Taurus, Faropoint, Alterra, TIAA CREF (Nuveen), Cabot, Deutsche Bank, and Blackstone (Link). Over the past three years, Beau has completed lease and sale transactions totaling over 7,000,000 square feet and $150,000,000 in consideration. Before joining Stream, Beau worked with Newell Brands as a Brand Manager in their Atlanta office. Beau attended UNC-Chapel Hill where he majored in Business Administration.
