After nearly 25 years in the newspaper industry I decided to fulfill my lifelong ambition of becoming a licensed Realtor and knew from the reputation of Ross Real Estate Services that that was the only team for me. After 2 years of practice Mr.Ross and I fulfilled another ambition; to open a Flatwoods branch. After expanding three times with three moves, I purchased the building where the current Ross office is housed. I also pursued my Kentucky broker license which is a dream achieved by only a handful of agents as well as my Ohio broker license. I also graduated from Realtor Institute (GRI) and hold a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification, in addition to PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I take my full time profession seriously and know it has nothing to do with “Selling Real Estate”; it’s all about relationships. I like to tell people to remember to “Always go with plan Bea!”
