Basil Bethea, III

He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1979 and has a diverse background in retail leasing and management, shopping center development, build to suit projects, and site selection for national chains. As a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida, he has extensive market expertise and understands the needs of his customers. Staying educated through CCIM coursework and his involvement with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Realtors, he serves his clients with the knowledge required to make sound investments and business location decisions. While serving on community boards and as a volunteer coach in youth sports, He enjoys spending time with his family and is the proud father of Basil IV and Ashley.
