Barry Young

Barry Young is a member of the Industrial Services division for the Colliers International Denver office. Mr. Young specializes in local commercial brokerage and Multi-Market Corporate Services. He joined Colliers International in 2014. Mr. Young has completed transactions nationally in over 40 states as well as internationally in Mexico and Canada. Barry has been a commercial real estate professional since 1995 and has completed over 650 transactions for all disciplines of CRE (industrial, office, retail and land) with lease and sale values exceeding $600 million. In the course of servicing and representing his clients, Barry has provided exclusive/single point of responsibility Transaction Management services for several of the largest organizations in the U.S. He has conducted site searches, coordinated and prepared financial and qualitative analyses, assembled and coordinated teams of consultants, evaluated alternatives, negotiated economic incentives and completed lease/build-to-suit, renewal, relocation and sale transactions achieving significant client reductions in occupancy costs. Barry previously served as a Vice President for UGL/DTZ from 2002 to 2014 and as a Senior Associate for CBRE from 1995 to 2002.
