Barry L. Ward, Jr., Managing Broker leads the Roanoke Office Brokerage Group at Thalhimer, focusing on both Tenant and Landlord representation. Barry began his commercial real estate career over 30 years ago within the Roanoke Valley. His experience allows him to annualize current and future needs and match identified needs with up to the moment market knowledge creating a clear advantage for his Tenant clients. A third-generation real estate agent, Barry is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Barry lives in Roanoke Virginia with his wife Susan and they have three children.
