Barry Sturges

In 1975, Richard “Barry” Sturges founded Sturges, Griffin, Trent & Co., a full-service real estate company, which became Northern Indiana’s largest commercial/industrial real estate service provider. Barry affiliated his company with CBRE in 1997, a partnership that continued until 2018. Seeking to broaden the company’s reach and ensure future success, Barry, together with his son Brad Sturges, transitioned the company to Sturges Property Group in 2018. As CEO, Barry is responsible for managing the company’s Fort Wayne office and he serves as Managing Broker. Barry is involved in all aspects of the real estate spectrum, including new business development; office, retail, and industrial brokerage; property and facility management; and residential development.
