Barry Sanditen

Barry Sanditen graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980 and began his career in his hometown of Laredo, Texas, joining the family real estate business. He obtained his Texas Real Estate Brokerage License in 1981 and quickly expanded into developing single-family residential communities across Central Texas. As the founding principal of Sanditen & Associates, Barry leads the firm’s commercial real estate development, construction, and investment projects throughout Texas and Colorado. He has successfully guided countless ventures from site selection and acquisition to entitlement, construction, and disposition, consistently delivering value for clients and investors. Barry’s strategic vision, precise execution, and commitment to excellence have built lasting partnerships and positioned Sanditen & Associates as a trusted leader in commercial real estate. His ability to navigate complex development challenges with insight and integrity ensures every project achieves its full potential. Outside of work, he treasures time with family—especially his grandsons—and enjoys flying, hiking, hunting, and fishing.
