Barry Marotz, CCIM provides tenant representation, and brokerage services for scores of clients in Austin, Lakeway, Cedar Park, Hutto, Leander, Marble Falls, Spicewood and Central Texas. Barry's sole purpose is to serve the client and be the client's representative when negotiating terms and contracts. He uses his extensive knowledge of the Central Texas real estate market to his clients' advantage by serving as a consultant to companies interested in leasing, purchasing or selling commercial real estate. Barry combines business expertise and an innovative way of thinking to help address his clients' real estate needs and plan for the future.
