Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1980 My principal focus has been the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial investment properties, with an emphasis on small to medium-sized properties (ie, 2-100 units). I have also acted as a consultant to residential-income property owners; the main consultation services have been hold vs. sell, how to improve property performance, and property management issues. During the 1980s, I was affiliated with a group of syndicators who raised money, purchased and improved multifamily and small retail properties which were sold for a profit or exchanged into other opportunities.
