Barry Haydon

Based in Austin, Texas, Barry is a retail broker specializing in tenant representation, lease negotiations, site acquisition, project leasing and tenant representation in Central & South Texas. He is responsible for helping clients identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. Barry’s vast experience in leasing and tenant representation has enabled him to develop and maintain strong relationships at the national, regional and local level. Barry brings more than fourteen years of experience in brokerage expertise in leasing and tenant representation. Prior to joining JLL, Barry worked for preferred HEB Grocery developer, Durham & Bassett Realty Group, Inc. He joined Durham & Bassett in 2006 and represented national and regional retailers with their expansion needs. Prior to Durham & Bassett he worked at GSD & M Advertising handling a variety of accounts including AT&T, Land Rover, BMW, Pennzoil, Charles Schwab, Air Force, etc. Barry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Texas State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES).
