Barry Cohen

After graduating college in the early 80's and spending some years gaining experience in the financial industry, Barry entered into the field of Real Estate Development. He began working with large developer’s in New York City, developing & building Luxury Apartment Buildings, Condominiums, and Cooperatives in Manhattan and New Jersey. After gaining this experience and realizing what he had been able to accomplish for others, Barry decided to venture out on his own. Barry’s finance, development and construction background enables him to acquire sites, arranging both private equity and bank financing as well as develop and completely build out the project. He continues to seek out land where there is value and repeat the process over and over.
