Barrett Gibson

Mr. Gibson specializes in industrial tenant and buyer representation, property disposition, design/construct, build-to-suit evaluations, development and investment transactions. He has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in the industrial and land sector and represents clients with a local presence as well as clients nationally and internationally. In 2014, Barrett was a Colliers' Everest Award recipient. This award, created in 2011, is bestowed upon the top 10% of all Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions across the U.S. business based on revenue production. Previously Barrett was a Senior Broker at NAI Houston for more than 10 years. In late 2011, he became Managing Principal at Cresa Houston when his firm, Houston-based Gibson & Granello Realty Partners LLC, merged with the local Cresa office.
