Barret Woods is the Senior Vice President and Shareholder for Lee & Associates-Ontario Inc, which is the number one (1) Industrial real estate brokerage office (in terms of sales and market share) in all of the Inland Empire. He is the Vice President and Part-Owner of GHD Properties LLC, Bravo Sierra Properties LLC, and Bravo Whiskey Properties LLC, all real estate acquisitions companies, which owns a total of 350,000 square feet of industrial buildings. In addition, his personal portfolio consists of office buildings, several industrial buildings, a retail multi-tenant project, and several vacation residential income properties, including a Luxury Cabin in Lake Tahoe, the largest lake front estate in Big Bear Lake, CA, and the world famous Seal Beach Water Tower. In addition to Real estate brokerage and management of personal income properties, Mr. Woods regularly buys, rehabs, and quickly re-sales residential and commercial properties for a profit. At Lee & Associates, Mr. Woods is a specialist in Industrial Warehouse Brokerage, representing investors, owner occupants, and tenants. Since joining Lee & Associates-Ontario Inc. in 2002, Mr. Woods has completed more than 800 real estate transactions. Consistently ranking near the top of all competitors, Mr. Woods is well recognized in the market place for transaction volume, and market share. The success can be attributed to an extensive marketing plan, and rigorous cold calling. A resident of Orange, California, Mr. Woods attended Cal State Fullerton, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance. His wife, Allee, holds a degree in accounting, and currently assists in the acquisition and management of there real estate portfolio. In instrument rated private pilot, Mr. Woods enjoys flying airplanes on his spare time. His additional hobbies include spending time with his daughters “Piper and Brinley” fishing, golf, and watching every sport known to man. A mentor, Mr. Woods, is an active member of the Orange County Big Brothers Program, and his wife is a regular volunteer for animal dog rescue organizations throughout Southern California.
