Barbara Segalini-Stilley

Barbara Segalini Stilley is a Vice President in CBRE’s Stamford, CT office, which covers the Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT markets. Ms. Stilley joined the company in 1981, and has spent the past 28 years as a commercial real estate leasing specialist focusing on the Fairfield County market. Because of her expertise and in-depth market knowledge, she has represented companies as their exclusive agent in searching for and negotiating favorable leases, as well as represented landlords as their exclusive agent to uncover qualified tenants and negotiate optimal lease terms. Ms. Stilley is a native of Boston and has resided in Wilton, CT since 1981, with the exception of a three-year period when she worked the Japanese market in Tokyo. Ms. Stilley learned and honed her selling skills, as an office equipment sales representative for 3M Corporation before beginning her real estate career. Prior to joining CBRE, she was a leading leasing specialist for three years with The Norwood Group, the largest commercial real estate company in New Hampshire.
