I am a native Floridian and resident of Brevard County for 25+ years. After obtaining a Marketing degree from Florida State University, I traveled extensively and lived in resort communities of Colorado and Hawaii. These experiences led me to value the Florida lifestyle, precisely the beauty and charm of Brevard County with its’ natural treasures that inspire healthy, coastal living. Its’ dynamic space and technological industries, wildlife, water activities, world-class surfing, and proximity to Orlando for ease of travel, make it a perfect locale. Before pursuing real estate sales, I worked in lending, renovating, and property management. These career avenues gave me a depth of knowledge and encouraged a pursuit in the real estate industry. I began building a successful sales career through a robust referral system, based on excellent customer service, understanding property values, finances, and the local market. I decided to align with the CENTURY 21 brand, given its iconic image and leadership in the global real estate market. After opening the brokerage in 2014, I began to realize the limitations of running a traditional brokerage in a rapidly changing real estate industry. With increasing pressure to perform too many tasks & the knowledge that as individuals we excel in different areas, I decided it was in the best interest of the agent and the customer to adopt the team concept. Through excellent mentorship from brokers around the country running highly successful teams, we made the bold move to change the company to a team brokerage model and created the Brevard By The Sea Group powered by CENTURY 21 Ocean!
