Barbara Currie Carlson

Barbara is a graduate from the California Polytechnic University in California. Upon her graduation in 1985 she received a Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and Management. She acquired her first real estate license in California in 1986 and has been active in the purchase, sale and ownership of commercial real estate in 5 states. Since relocating to Colorado in 1992 she has become a licensed employing broker and has owned her own real estate brokerage firm. She spent five years as the Managing Partner for several large real estate investment groups. Barbara joined the Genesee Commercial Group in 2009 to refocus on sales. She specializes in the sale and trading of commercial properties including; multifamily, retail, industrial, office and land. In 2008 she closed over eighteen million dollars in transactions. Barbara is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and the Mile High Exchange Group. She is currently a CEC candidate.
