Barbara Armendariz

With a career in real estate spanning over 19 years, Barbara Armendariz utilized her entrepreneurial aspirations to found SharpLine with the aim to build a brokerage firm that excels at prioritizing clients and closing deals. A real estate services consulting company with a focus on enabling both brokers and their clients to experience a seamless, personalized process. Previously having served as Vice President at CBRE and as an agent at Collier International, Barbara was able to master research, analytical strategies, and other key skills necessary to execute successful transactions. Barbara Armendariz is a real estate property specialist. Managing all aspects of leasing and sales transactions for investor and landlord clients, she also works extensively with corporate occupiers. Providing research-driven, comprehensive strategies for execution in site selection, disposition, lease renewal, and sale-leaseback scenarios. In addition to serving her real estate clients, Barbara is responsible for leadership and implementation of initiatives to better serve all of SharpLine®’s clients
